REFUND & EXCHANGES POLICY

We have a 14 day return policy which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return* your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and unused in its original packaging.

To start a return, you will need to log into your account, click on 'orders' and select the order you would like to return from.

Please ensure your parcel is well protected as we are not responsible for damages or loss that occur in the return shipping process.  Any damages that occur when a return is being shipped back to us will need to be taken up by the sender with their courier.  We cannot do this on behalf of you or issue a refund for returns that arrive back to us damaged.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Sale items cannot be returned. All purchases of this nature are final.

GIFTS: Occasionally we may run a promotion where eligible orders receive a free gift. Please note that if your returned items cause your order's total value to fall below the threshold required to quality for the complimentary gift, you will need to return the free gift also. If we receive the return without the free gift or promotional item, we reserve the right to deduct the current website price of said gift or item from the return.

EXCHANGES

Please message us if you would like to exchange your item. Please note, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.

REFUNDS

Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, this is the buyers responsibility. If you change your mind about an item and return it to us, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs, unless you are returning a faulty item, and in this instance, we will provide you a free returns label and we will either 1) send you out a replacement or 2) issue you a full refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service which insures the full value of the items you are sending us when returning items.

We strongly recommend you keep a copy of the proof of postage for your return. We will not be liable if your return gets lost in transit and does not arrive at our warehouse, your return parcel has to be delivered back to our warehouse for us to be able to process your return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, If everything with your return is ok, you’ll be automatically refunded back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process this.

Please do not refuse the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, if you refuse your delivery, then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee, plus the fee it costs for us at Kefi to have it returned. Any refund our team makes will be minus the total delivery fee and the fee we pay to have it returned in the case of refused delivery.
