INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note that some of our more fragile pieces, such as vases, can only be shipped within the U.K. to ensure they arrive safely. All other items are available for international delivery. If you're unsure whether a product can be delivered overseas, please refer to the individual listing for details.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 4 working days however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Every product is carefully wrapped before being posted to you to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. 

If you need to make any changes to your order, including changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order upon request.

Please ensure your delivery address is input correctly, we are not responsible for lost parcels if the address / postcode has been entered incorrectly.

CUSTOMS

Kefi ships your orders from the UK which is no longer a member of the European Union (EU). If you buy goods from the UK, you are responsible for paying any customs fees, duty and tariffs.

These fees vary for each country, so please check your own countries’ rates before purchasing.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please do not refuse the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, if you refuse your delivery, then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee, plus the fee it costs for us at Kefi to have it returned. Any refund our team makes will be minus the total delivery fee and the fee we pay to have it returned in the case of refused delivery.

Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date

All of our deliveries are carbon neutral

We do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time
